A four-zone architecture across controlled-environment, intensive perennial, integrated rangeland, and marine zones, sized to produce full nutrition for the projected population without compromising the restoration footprint. The numbers, the inputs, the labor profile, and the decoupling of food production from precipitation are all set out.
